[Bizgres-general] Build question

Greetings,

Is it possible to build bizgres(so the warehousing part and clickstream)
using an existing  postgresql install? E.g. If I already have postgresql
built from src and installed and created a database with data in it can I
apply a patch or some sort to get the bizgres components into the current DB
w/o a dump restore etc.?
