Hopefully!  Sort performance patch certainly, bitmap index and COPY
performance extensions maybe, maybe later.

WRT sort performance - we're currently seeing external sorts that take 1500
seconds with 8.1 taking 900 seconds with Bizgres.

WRT bitmap index, indexes that occupy 500MB with 8.1 take 8MB.
