Cool!  The level of concurrency is much lower (5-9 streams) on DBT-3
than on pgbench and it's much more to the point.

The interesting case would be to run 6 streams all at once, then
separate the sorting queries out and run them in a separate queue from
the others and see the improvement in runtime (should be 3-5x).
