[Bizgres-general] Update of postgres kernel to 8.1 on Bizgres CVS Tip

I'm planning to update the Postgres kernel to 8.1, patch 2 soon on the
Bizgres CVS tip.  The features in 8.1.2 should now be up to date with those
in the current Bizgres tip, with the exception of the Bitmap Index, which we
will be carried into the 8.1.2 Bizgres CVS tip.

After this update, we will merge in Simon Rigg's sort patch (exciting!) and
Jie's next bitmap index enhancement (when ready), which will provide native
AND and OR operations using the on-disk bitmap format.  Thanks to Mark
Kirkwood for testing and documentation work so far - the feature is about to
get even better!

Any thoughts about the migration to 8.1 are appreciated.
