[Bizgres-general] AJAX based Bizgres system monitor - alpha test

Folks - please take a look at our system performance monitor here:

You¹ll need the latest version of Firefox.

This is a live view of a production 7 Terabyte, 4 machine Bizgres MPP
instance using our new AJAX based system monitor.  The hardware performance
view (under the ³system resource² tab) is independent of this particular
instance, and there are several instances running on the cluster, so you may
see action not related to the current running query shown in the MPP->status
tab.

We are considering open sourcing this monitor and supporting code in
Bizgres.

We¹re not sure how the application will scale, so we¹ll soon see after this
mini-test!
