[Bizgres-general] Ketl functionality in bizgres

Greetings,

I have noticed that bizgres build does not install kelt_ctl as part of the
standard config, is this by design? If this is by design and  the build
process can accepts parameters to change the options for install e.g.
--install-ketl or --install-pg-contrib please point me to the document that
outlines the available  options, am a newbie when it comes to ant build, I
know that good old fashioned ./configure  has a "--help" option to list all
the available options.
