[Bizgres-general] Packaging Bizgres PostgreSQL for next release

Luke and I discussed this over the phone yesterday.   We should go over 
this more at the Clickstream meeting on Tuesday, but he and I figured that 
it makes sense to do 3 packages:

(1) A database-only package for the PostgreSQL community people;
(2) A "Developer Kit" package which includes database, KETL, Jasper, 
Mondrian, etc., but not the clickstream demo and application;
(3) A "clickstream" release which includes the whole shebang.

.... or something similar.   Anyway, we can discuss it on Tuesday.
