[Bizgres-general] New alpha release Thursday

People:

We're thinking it's about time we did an actual alpha release build so that 
more people will download & test it.   Unless there are any objections, 
we'll put something together and release it as version 0.6 on Thursday.

I'll put up source packages.   GP will do binaries on their site.

This alpha will most likely have:
	a) COPY improvements
	b) WAL bypass for holding tables

I've not been able to test Simon's partition elimination alpha patch, so we 
may wait on that one.

Then ... maybe we can do another alpha release each month, until we're 
ready for a beta.  So, next one July 30th?   It just gives us a target to 
aim for.
