[Bizgres-general] Performance page (alpha)

Johnny Soedomo and Ken Bell are building a performance reporting page, a
very early version of which is here:

This version is static, the next version will be dynamic, with the ability
to do multiple plot variations.  Also, the data we're generating is now only
for the COPY and loader performance on the 3 supported platforms (32/64-bit
Linux and 64-bit Solaris 10).  Next we'll be generating performance data
within the same reporting system for queries.
