[Bizgres-general] OpenSSL support in Bizgres 0.7

Interesting issue - krb5.h isn't found on RedHat EL3 by the 8.0.3/Bizgres
autoconf. It's actually located in /usr/kerberos/include/krb5.h, but
without the -I/usr/kerberos/include it's not resolved properly.
I'll have to look into this a bit more.
