[Bizgres-general] OpenSSL support in Bizgres 0.7

Is there any particular reason that SSL support isn't enabled in  
Bizgres 0.7?

Here's a rolled up patch of FreeBSD support, plus SSL support  
wherever the openssl executable is detected (if I cared to learn ant,  
I'd have searched for the lib and header, but this is good enough for  
me):

And here is just the OpenSSL Support (which should apply to at least  
*nix, but I guessed at Windows-appropriate conditions):

Note that I've only cared to test either on FreeBSD, but it should be  
safe.
